[Wireless] WRT54GX2 connectivity and firmware

Hello! I have a Linksys WRT54GX2 with SRX200.

Couple things...

1) I am having trouble connecting to fidelity.com where I have some of my checking. What's interesting is that when I plug directly into my cable modem instead of the router... the website loads fine and very fast... but not through my Linksys router. I also don't seem to have this problem with any other of the websites I frequently visit... could there be any characteristics related to this?

edit: Oh, I have cleaned all my cookies and temp internet files and all that. Still having problems even after.

2) I was looking at maybe upgrading the firmware for it. My current version is 1.01.22 - However, the latest version to download on linksys.com is 1.01.14. Am I confused? Should I try to install the one on linksys.com? I don't even remember upgrading the firmware on this router.

Thank you for all your help!!

Josh

Quick bump

Just mainly concerned with why the router isn't loading one website load quickly - while it'll load quickly without the router.

Thanks!

Might be an issue with MTU on the router. If you have DSL, you may have to manually set the MTU to 1492.

Had similar problem with Belkin Router (also with Airgo Chipset). Tried many things; MTU... Only workaround I found was to use TKIP instead of AES with WPA/WPA2.
