AT&T Browser

I'm working on a friend's laptop - an older Presario 2100 with only 192MB RAM. She's used the Yahoo browser for years and years and years, and wants to continue using it. (I know - but let's not go there)

She gave me her original SBC Yahoo DSL install CD, and I got the browser installed from there -- but quickly realized how old it was. I tried to update it, but I'm unable to even download the newest version b/c it requires 256MB of RAM. I tried downloading from my PC, but the website just launches the install without having a distinct downloadable install program.

So at the moment she has the SBC Yahoo! Browser, Product version 3.0.02.409, File version 2003.08.19.02, SBC Yahoo! DSL Version 5.00-ACSX.

Is there a way to update to a newer version? A direct link to download it from, perhaps?

TIA

Ok here's the exact message I get when trying to download from »att.software.yahoo.com/ysftc/p/a···pps=BROW on her laptop:

!A minimum RAM of 256MB is required. Please upgrade RAM to download.

The newest browser requires 256MB of RAM to update now. So she is out of luck.

Within the next 12-18 months...it will be pulled for good. Starting in May sometime - new DSL customers won't even be able to get the browser.
