If Philly wants to stop violent crime, they should increase prison capacity and keep people behind bars for their whole sentence. Most of this violence is committed by people who should still be in prison. But building a prison will cost money that this corrupt government needs to squander elsewhere. So blame the evil looking guns and get some extra votes! Who cares if people die? -- tight lines and screaming reels
