appears to be available in Seattle, for a few bucks more i can go from 7 to 12 mbs, but my upload would dip a bit. screw that. i think the new speed tiers have something to do with the city of Seattle wanting to contract an all fiber network. |

| I currently have Qwest 1.5/896 and checked today if they were going to offer anything faster in my area. No chance....in the near future. There is no competition in my area so they do not feel pressured to offer anything faster than 1.5 for each customer.
