I would take uverse over time warner cable any day in my area. of course if i could get dish i would too.
U verse support has actually been quite good where time warner is sure to tick off whoever calls. Time warner is known to have long holdtimes, rude people, and a reputation of NOT getting things done, or understanding the problem. At least in this area.

clubs: | And it seems like in ohio, crappy service and time warner go hand in hand, i have not herd one area of ohio that has had these isues, should be easy picking for at&t as long as they get it right. |
