Amazing...

Another failed PR stunt, by an industry that can't even provide their own customers what they ADVERTISE.

Perhaps they think their customers are too ignorant to see through the smoke & mirrors, and fall for anything of sort! I actually find it offensive that they resort to the cheapest way possible to find an outting to make themselves look good, while in the meantime increasing their fees and cutting back their services!
