Re: Is Blast! available in your area - Not PowerBoost Pt 2

Cool, congrats! We're still waiting on it here in Mendocino County...these are the cities and places it's still not in, according to that SF Gate article anyway-

"The latest upgrade is not available in Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Milpitas, Saratoga, Sunnyvale, Half Moon Bay, Pescadero, La Honda, Santa Rosa, Hayward, San Leandro, San Lorenzo and all of MENDOCINO COUNTY."

That upload is way too low to be blast, that looks like non-blast powerboost to me.

I am in newark, CA and getting 3Mbps upload with blast. Others on avsforum are getting the same upload with blast. I would check your connection (directly connect to cable modems) and check the speed. Also upgrade your firmware on your router.

Or maybe it's non-powerboost blast??? Those 3 mbps uploads seem to be the norm for Blast! in parts of California, Illinois and a few other areas, but here in NJ many of us with Blast! are topping out somewhere between 1500 and 2000 kbps up. I know I am.
