Line Monitoring

Justin has stated that all those who are part of a "group" will have line monitoring services without toolpoint deduction at this time.

This is where you need to go to get setup & sign on:

Would be helpful to indicate your city in the description
* Sign-Up * .
Make sure when you're done to click "Create Monitor".

NOTE:

You need to be "pingable". This is important!

You just need to do 2 things:

1) enter IP in the static IP box AND 2) check the "dynamic" box. You must do both.

If you require additional instruction, we can help

For those who would like to be a part of this here in the AT&T NE forum, please send an IM to receive an invitation. You must click "Accept" when you get it for it to display here:

AT&T NE Line Monitors

Go to your profile page and add it to the profile +

»/prefs/flair

Use the drop down to add an entry to "My Home Connection"

That way your connection speed, modem, and router info show.

** NOTE ** Please have your line monitor already set up before requesting the invite.

I'm part of monitoring group, and boy my chart ugly. I had a tech come out and do some line tests, line is extremely clean. Ordered a new modem, I hope that helps.

OK does anyone follow this thread? Multitudes of line tests, new modem, and I'm still dropping sync? Any ideas?
