It could be but it isn't the classic "O Fortuna" from Carmina Burana that you hear all the time. I mean they even used to open MTV VMAs one year. That was cool to see the full choir singing it.

I don't think that's from Carmina Burana, i've listened to the whole thing and the rest is pretty boring, but i could be wrong, that was long ago.
