Notice of Claim of Copyright Infringement

I'll post what I received in a second, but first my question. I received something similar several years ago, think over three years back. This time it doesn't say "if you... notify us... etc"

So i'm wondering, should I send a response saying I've taken care of it and it won't happen again etc Or am i supposed to just read and never do it again kind of thing?

Here's what they sent to me in email. Haven't gotten anything by mail yet, but I suppose I might.

I put XX's in parts which identify personal stuff.

Should I reply or no?

I did uninstall everything and deleted everything that was a problem. Don't want the headaches, not worth it.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Read up on Torrents and peer guardian.
The owner of the content, lets say the movie Superman, finds out through torrents and crap, that you are sharing their content.
They contact your ISP to inform them. Your ISP passes that warning on to you. Disregard it, but secure your sharing.

Comcast is not giving up your information or looking at your files, they are just passing on a letter that they received.

What was the content? Im always curious ever since someone posted that they were sharing like.. Gilmore Girls or Everwood or some other flaming show.

whole file

@mcleodusa.net
I've yet to see a letter come from someone who's sharing a file that is split into zips and rars. I'd like to know that too. And whether or not the recipient downloaded all the files in the torrent, or if they skipped the artwork/sample/nfo.

I always wondered what that building was there that has a Comcast logo on it, that is a stone's throw away from where I work in Moorestown, haha. Now I know.
