100% true !! IT SUCKS SO BAD. I can only wish them to loose all their customers as soon as possible. No respect for customers at all. Shitty service, shitty customer support, shitty everything, except of maybe regular money withdrawals from your account.

@bell.ca		 It depends on were you live in K-W the service is great, the support is ok. They're a million times better then AOL though.
