It's been a long time since my last post, so I felt it was time for an update.
After a rocky start and some escalating calls to the marketing department, I have to say Metrocast has done a much better job of keeping pace with the competition and providing a service that holds true to their advertising.
So, as this year ends and a new begins... I hope Metrocast chooses to maintain this level and quality service for a long time to come.
