I cancelled my CIA at the end of November and have a pending BBB complaint with them. They charged me $30 in November on bandwidth over usage apparently used back in June (they used Videotron as my ISP) but have never been able to provide me with my usage details. Customer Service is unreachable, and never follow up. BEWARE!!!!
