Wireless link between 9108 & 9106 to extend range

I have just setup a 9108 as the main ADSL modem/router. The 9106 is not being used.

Can anyone explain (in detail) how to WIRELESS link the 9108 with the 9106 so that I may extend the range.

In otherwords access EITHER of the routers from anywhere in my home.

Thank you

Re: Wireless link between 9108 & 9106 to extend range

If 9108 has LAN IP address of 192.168.1.1 then use for 9106 LAN IP address: 192.168.1.100 (in same subnet with 192.168.1.1), Gateway should be 192.168.1.1, disable DHCP server on 9106. Use same wireless encryption for both, same Network name (SSID), same wireless channel.
Enable wireless bridge restriction for both and enter the wireless MAC address of the other device in the table.
Now from a PC connected to 9108 you should ping 192.168.1.100 and if works then your network is ready.
