Ok here's what I'm talking about 51 calls in 4 days time. That's in 2 departments. That is about 1/10th the call volume in any other major verizon department. And that is on their slow day. Average rep for wireless who's right next door get a bit over 100 calls a day. 51 calls in 4 days is not enough to have sundays open. And I'm there 10 hours a day. |

| If you have techs making outbound calls on Sundays, and inbound calls are sooooo sporadic, why not have the techs take the calls? This is suppose to be telephone service - a little more critical to most people than you are seemingly willing to admit. Sounds like a lot of BS to me, anyway. And perhaps the poor tech service correlates directly to how little business you have over the weekends. Why use Voicewing at all if they won't provide support seven days a week? Frankly, there should be a very strictly imposed SLA for all telephone service. |
