| 3 Web/ CIA is a SCAM!
What a horrible ISP!
1. installed last year. After the tech left, all connections went with him. I had to use my cellphone to call the company which took at least 40 min of waiting.
2. No connection for a week.
3. Called Shaw and Telus for service and cancelled CIA.
4. They refunded, and took back their modem.
5. A year later, they secretly took money out of my credit card. I've tried arguing with them, but it is useless. The people who dealt with my case and refunded me last year were no more working there.
6. This is a company with the most horrible service. Don't be fooled by their advertisement. It is a scam! They will always have extra charges without your aknowledgement.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE CRIMINALS.

| I cancelled my CIA at the end of November and have a pending BBB complaint with them. They charged me $30 in November on bandwidth over usage apparently used back in June (they used Videotron as my ISP) but have never been able to provide me with my usage details. Customer Service is unreachable, and never follow up. BEWARE!!!! |
