I have it and it is never down. I have the 10 meg service and ALWAYS get at least 9.3 on the down and over 900K up. My power has been out 3 times in the last year and my phone worked until power was restored. I guess that means Charter is more reliable than Duke power. |

| As per my latest update, they have been great lately. Things started looking up after the 8-9 day outage. Somehow I managed to get synced at 11273000bps down and 1049bps up. I typically get 10.4-10.5 down from reliable speed tests/pulling headers off newsgroups, and 990+ on the upstream. |
