| Can't believe lack of communication
I've been a Blarg/Avvanta customer since 2000 and it's been absolutely top notch service. I don't blame them for this outage but certainly think they need to get word out to their customers. I'm sure all of us would agree we understand troubles that arise but giving us any kind of info (whether good or bad) is necessary.
I'm fortunate not to be running a business from my connection but do run a server with numerous sites for myself, family and friends and I'm sure we all would like to have our sites back.
Avvanta: Please chime in here or over on alt.internet.providers.usa.dsl as soon as you can! All we want is whatever info you can give us. |
