And why does it appear that if your unhappy with our(VZ) work quality, why would you have a Verizon DSL line, where you would go out and post a review of it??? Yeah i get pissed if a customer bitches and moans about there inside wire problem, and want's fix, and yet doesn't want to pay for it, let alone pay for any inside wire insurance. Please cancell your line, and please we don't want you as a FIOS customer either!!!

A Union pr*ck like you showed up and told her they sent the wrong guy. We call the Presidential appeal office.. and wouldn't you know the SAME guy shows up and fixes her problem in the basement the very next day. He grumbled the whole way through he actually had to do some real work instead of eating donuts... sorry fella but you old NYNEX boys are pr*cks plain and simple. If it weren't for your union you lazy asses would be slinging burger somewhere.
