very good

i have been with them for a little less than 2 years and overall the service and support has been quite good. there has been some minor bumps with the service but they are uncommon. i simply have not found a better value. i have never seen them offer a daily backup service, so i don't know what the poster above me is talking about, but i make my own backups anyway so i never have to worry.
