Yes. Also, you may be able to get them to do a price adjustment and credit back the difference in price. If you plan on returning it though, dont open it or they will charge you a 15% restocking fee.

If you read the article it is to RUN COLDER(the chip) then its currect chips running. Who knows the new chips might run FASTER. |

From what I understand, the redesigned chip will be smaller (cheaper, built on a 65 nm process rather than 90) and likely faster (although games won't take advantage of that or else old systems would not work well with new games). The new 360 hardware will basically be the finished version that, I imagine, a lot of people would prefer over the somewhat hot/buggy version out right now. |
