| Rogers big scam - watch out !
Hey everybody...check this out! I switched to voip and was planning on leaving bell phone service. However, my voip through Distributel was not working properly as there was a lot of clipping on the phone line. They told me to call Rogers and find out what my upload and download speed was. What I found out was that Rogers for the last 2 1/2 years has been ripping me off. They have been billing me for High speed lite and only giving me Ultra lite service. This was admitted by 2 technicians and a customer service rep. They flat out refused to credit my account for the money they owed me. They wouldn't let me speak to anyone in authority and wouldn't even tell me their names, email addresses or even an extention number to call them. I AM ALERTING EVERYBODY I CAN TO THIS BIG SCAM ! Call Rogers and ask them to do a speed check for you and record your numbers then compare those numbers to the numbers you are actually supposed to be receiving. Can anyone say LAWSUIT? |
