I got a mailer from Vonage and I wanted to call and see if they had distinctive rining available. I call the phone number on the mailer and the recording wants me to indicate how I intend to pay for this service. When I finally get someone on the phone, I tell them that I have a quick question. The guy asked my name and I told him my first name. Then he insisted that I must give him my last name before he would answer ANY questions. I was amazed by how important it was for this guy to get my last name before fielding my question. Fortunately I came across Broadband Reports and found several other carriers in my area. The people up front say a lot about the rest of the company. |
