That area of Fremont already has one of the biggest bottlenecks to be found anywhere in the bay area. You also get stuck there on the weekends.
The City of Fremont will probably let them develop without upgrades to the traffic infrastructure...as usual.

Now the traffic back-ups to get off on Warm Springs or Auto Mall Parkway will go all the way around the bay...
