chemaupr join:2005-06-06 Alexandria, VA	I think they are. Msgr already has VoIP functions, PC to PC and PC to Phn. The PC to Phn is billed by another company I believe.

I have used it to call to my family in the usa and it works pretty good. Of course over wimax here it tends to echo when lots of people use the system at nite. -- "It's always funny until someone gets hurt......and then it's absolutely friggin' hysterical!"
