| Is New Edge sucking for anyone else?
I'm wondering if the problem is with New Edge or just with me. I work for an ISP which has been a customer of New Edge for over five years now, and in the last year or so, things have really changed.
Whenever one of my 150 or so EUs is having a problem, it's sometime 4+ hours before anyone will look at it. I can understand the need to triage a problem, but if if the problem is with one ONE of my circuits, you can bet that the traige has already been done. I can hardly provide business-class service over circuits that New Edge doesn't seem to care about. I am reminded every time I have a problem with a circuit just how much I need to get away from using them, due to the lack of response.
Am I the only ISP they don't seem to care about, or do they treat all their customers this way?
Just curious if anyone else finds it frustrating to deal with them. I can't even get a speed upgrade done in less than 3 days.
