In just the last 3 months, MySpace has added 25 million new "friends." It also is the top 5 in hits in the entire web. $580 million for that audience is cheap!
Keeping it free to join (with ad placements) probably will allow 200 million "friends by the middle of the next year. |

| I think we all knew this was coming. I about fell over when someone bought myspace and especially Youtube for Billions(?). Least Myspace will survive it.... However youtube isn't worth 20 million now. Somethings gonna have to give for them to survive and be worth what was paid. I'm not saying it will go offline....
