 grande does not receive any kind of kickbacks, if u feel u need to get at&t for phone u are free to do so, but why when u can get a better deal on all three. i am a customer and have nothing but trouble with the at&t phone line. grande came in and at least ran new phone line and cable lines when they got control of this complex |

| Ya, Grande just upgraded all of my services AND at the same time LOWERED my monthly price... something that would never happen to an AT&T or Time Warner customer in a million years. I also love how the tech support people are from TEXAS! I even got the personal phone extension to reach 2 of their techs without wait. You truly can't put a price tag on that.
My friend on my CS team switched to AT&T DSL yesterday and was having some problems (he paid for 6Mbps but was only getting 2Mbps). He was on hold waiting to talk to a tech, who turned out to be completely clueless, for over 20 minutes. When I call Grande, which is rare, I put in my phone number, then hit my tech's extension... DONE. |
