| New Edge Networks - OUT OF BUSINESS
I'm a customer of New Edge Networks, and my SDSL ciruit has been down for about 8 hours now. They don't answer their phone and their web site is down. Are they out of business? I don't know, but I've been on the support line waiting in queue for over 40 minutes now. |

| New Edge Network - IP NETWORK DOWN
I finally got through to New Edge Technical Support, where they told me their IP Routing is down. They couldn't give me an estimate of any kind as to when they would be online again. I've spoken with another customer who reports that they have intermittent access to the internet, and that they seem to be able to route traffic through New Edge's network, but not out of there network.
What a pain. I've been checking my logs, and I've been down for nearly 9 hours now. I'm not sure what type of problem outside a natural disaster would take this long to fix, but they should really invest in some redundant systems to rectify this quicker in the future. |
