| New Speeds in Phila area starting 10/17
I dont know if this has been posted already but I received a call last week from comcast stating that upgrade speeds were on the way, then today in the mail we received a letter in the mail stating that effective October 17th
6/384 will become 6/768
and that for 10.00 more you can now get 16/1, so lets wait and see.....
btw im in South Jersey 08021

unplug your modem for 30 seconds, I did that this morning and I had the new upload. Called comcast about the 16/1 and some of the cust. support people was clueless but one finally know what I was calling for and I asked if there was any special promos she said no not at this time. So I am gonna hold off on the 16/1 for now but its great that its now being offered.  |

nothing here in the G'Town section of Philly. I just got moved from RoadRunner to Comcast and I'm still getting the Roadrunner speeds.
