Really? I've put my phone number into AT&T's website to see if I am able to receive service but it says I can't. The first floor of our building is businesses and restaurants. They all get SBC/AT&T but the residential addresses are not eligable.
I just went to AT&T's site and I can't find a phone number to talk to a human to even order... everything's automated. I think I'll stick with Grande because they at least have humans answering the phone. It's VERY hard to find customer service that actually helps rather than frustrates these days.
I have Verizon for cell and broadband wireless service and I loathe every time I am forced to call them. Grande has solved every problem in minutes after speaking to a rep. The only "automated system" they have is billing... which I prefer. |
