Plus, I doubt Cisco is going to start throwing around lawsuits. I am thinking this patent was generated to protect a product. Perhaps Cisco developed an "all in one" series of units that both deliver, and accept "triple play" services all at once, eliminating the need to have 3 different devices/units.
