| Grande is not only choice for voice or internet
The apartment you live in is called an STS property, or Shared Tenant Services. Grande has the only cable tv service but not telco offerings. You are able to order service from AT&T if you wish. The leasing agents often fail to notify you because they get kickbacks for every Grande customer they sign up. I'm glad you are happy, but don't be fooled that they are the only choice. |

| Really? I've put my phone number into AT&T's website to see if I am able to receive service but it says I can't. The first floor of our building is businesses and restaurants. They all get SBC/AT&T but the residential addresses are not eligable.
I just went to AT&T's site and I can't find a phone number to talk to a human to even order... everything's automated. I think I'll stick with Grande because they at least have humans answering the phone. It's VERY hard to find customer service that actually helps rather than frustrates these days.
I have Verizon for cell and broadband wireless service and I loathe every time I am forced to call them. Grande has solved every problem in minutes after speaking to a rep. The only "automated system" they have is billing... which I prefer. |

| reply to lead cable man grande does not receive any kind of kickbacks, if u feel u need to get at&t for phone u are free to do so, but why when u can get a better deal on all three. i am a customer and have nothing but trouble with the at&t phone line. grande came in and at least ran new phone line and cable lines when they got control of this complex |

| Ya, Grande just upgraded all of my services AND at the same time LOWERED my monthly price... something that would never happen to an AT&T or Time Warner customer in a million years. I also love how the tech support people are from TEXAS! I even got the personal phone extension to reach 2 of their techs without wait. You truly can't put a price tag on that.
My friend on my CS team switched to AT&T DSL yesterday and was having some problems (he paid for 6Mbps but was only getting 2Mbps). He was on hold waiting to talk to a tech, who turned out to be completely clueless, for over 20 minutes. When I call Grande, which is rare, I put in my phone number, then hit my tech's extension... DONE. |
