| I would not want this for the U.S.. I think it would in a little way stifle creativity. I mean, imagine what could happen to say BBR if someone gets notified of a topic reply and didn't specifically ok it? Or at least, BBR could not prove they did. BBR could be on the hook for it. It would be in BBR's best interest to just disable the feature.
However, I am happy as hell that it is happening in Hong Kong considering how much Spam comes from over there.
