I *worked* for them for two years, up until they offshored/outsourced their technical support (and billing support, and...).
They chose Abu the Hindu over their own customer service standards to save a buck. Not only is their customer service and technical support the pits (I continued technical support for a year through them after being laid off...one issue took *nine* calls over three weeks for them to straighten out their end), but the personnel you are dealing with as their customer are out of country and could care less. |
