I'm not a gamer so the xbox wasn't really in my thinking although sounds interesting. I had the Netgear mp101 which was horrible, decided to go to the D-link 520 and actually like it. I can listen to all my music on my machine. I don't need to worry about the kids getting into my CD's scratching them, using them as frisbee's etc. It's also nice to view slide shows on the tv with music from my computer. I'm still trying to figure out how to get all my DVD's to play wirelessly and although the picture is incredible the dialogue is very quiet when the music and sound effects are very loud. I've tried dvdshrink, dvddecryptor and some others w/o much success. Beyond that I'm pretty happy with it. |
