Billing thinks everyone should just send them more money, it seems that the support people's primary form of transportation to work has four legs and humps and they could not diagnose their way out of a room with an open door and the techs think they can show up when they want and do as they wish with your valuable time while waiting ALL DAY for them to show up.
So, 2kmaro , your fears are dead accurate and you have misinterpreted nothing!
