Just an observation from about 6 yrs of watching Charter related posts here at DSLR/BBR/DSLR. I could have misinterpreted things, I suppose. So you're saying their are worse things then death? -- "Sir SIR! We don't use DHCP servers. We only use IBM & Microsoft servers." From there my call to tech support went steadily downhill.

Well, I can say my service has been mostly reliable for the time I have been with Charter. But when you do have a problem, none of the internal departments are able to handle it satisfactorily. Billing thinks everyone should just send them more money, it seems that the support people's primary form of transportation to work has four legs and humps and they could not diagnose their way out of a room with an open door and the techs think they can show up when they want and do as they wish with your valuable time while waiting ALL DAY for them to show up.
So, 2kmaro , your fears are dead accurate and you have misinterpreted nothing!
