Orange County is usually rolled into all of NJ. It'll probably be like when a new channel is added. The new channel or in this case service upgrade occurs on the last day. I live in Matamoras, PA which shares a system with Warwick, NY and Montague, NJ. |

I'm in Suffern in Rockland County (West of Westchester) and I'm serviced by the Mahwah NJ System (the other half of my town and the rest of Rockland is another CV system serviced I think from Westchester). I assume that I'll get my speed roll with NJ. |

I just moved, but I think I'm still on the Warwick system as I'm only five minutes from Warwick even though I'm in NJ now.
