| [MO] Mediacom Phone has been TERRIBLE
Hello all,
Is anyone else having major issues with mediacom phone in the last 2 weeks? Once again my phone does not work and I have no way to contact someone to report it.
In the last 3 days alone I have been without phone service for over 48 hours!!! Ive reset my modem but that does not work at all. As much as it pains me, I may have to return to Centurytel because it at least worked.

| Do you also have Mediacom Internet?
If not then the only way to determine what the problem is would be a tech visit.
If you do have mediacom internet Click Here and post your signal levels.
If you have a motorola the username is admin and the password is motorola

| I do have mediacom internet as well as digital cable. Speeds are blazing fast and the tv is working fine. Here is what came up from clicking that link. I hope its what you are asking for. |

| Dude I'm surprised you didn't send me a tell first through the momaxxlan boards.
I will PM you on the momaxxlan boards and give you my cell number to call me. I know we had some major problems with out outbound circuit to Iowa on sat all internet here in Columbia and Jefferson city was out for about 7 hours. But it turned out not to be any of our equipment it was a problem at the Wiltel pop here in town.

I meanty just copy the numbers and paste them but the levels look good. Does the internet go out when the phone goes down?
