| [connectivity] Why can't I contact verizon? Damn company.
I have been trying to contact verizon about an internet connection issue I have been having in my household for several months. It will go on and off occasionally, sometimes for long periods of time. I have determined that it is an outside problem, and not internal wiring.
Trying to contact verizon about this issue is ABSOLUTELY impossible.
Among other things, I have gone to their website to the 'contact us' page... contacting via e-mail. Well when you fill out the form properly with account information etc, they tell you still haven't selected a category.
Well guess what the hell happens when you select a category. It wipes out ALL the information you previously entered, including the comments, and takes you to an online faq.
I don't WANT a damn online faq. I want my mail to get to verizon so they can see the problem i'm having and FIX IT.
I hate these ****ing mega companies that try to make it as hard as possible to recieve proper customer support. Verizon ranks very high on my most hated companies list, but unfortunately they're a necessary evil because they own every damn phone line in this city. |

| Im with ya on the verizon thing..
Best way to get something fixed is to call tech support.
Good luck getting thru the "techs" that answer the call and having them escalate the ticket unless it disconnects while your on the phone with them.
Anyway the number is 1-800-567-6789 Good Luck. -- -Thats all I have to say about that- |
