They tried to tell me I needed a new box also! But when they went to put the order in it was then they realized that it works on the 6426 box. The box is still on May 18 version 17.10 build. The thing that I am very, very, disappointed in is MediaManager is only supported on the silver 6426 box! I am considering cancelling based on that if they do not plan on supporting MediaManager on the other boxes.
