Can you see if they updated your guild build or build type? Are you still running guide build 1.3.09 with type DCT-FE-1.7H, as listed under the menu -> settings -> diagnostics page?

I have to agree that $19.95/mo is disappointing if multiroom functionality was the -only change- added. Tivo charges $12.99/mo and that price includes multiroom functionality and a lot more. IMO, $14.95-16.95/mo would have been more reasonable.
