Seems to me it's about as free as he is and I'll bet his salary is pretty steep. Deceptive trade practices are illegal and this borders DAMN CLOSE to that. Will any thing be done about it? Not in this country. At least, not as long as these companies keep funneling cash into the mouths of our noble officials. It's just another way to lobby.
