Bell Unplugged bandwidth check?

Is there a way to check how much bandwidth I have used for unplugged online? I don't want to go over the limit and end up paying the extra money.

If you were assigned a b1xxxxxx # and password, I guess you could try the selfcare page --> »www.selfcare.sympatico.ca

Re: Bell Unplugged bandwidth check?

High speed unplugged is a separate division to Bell Sympatico and has no common billing area - self care sympatico will not have these detail, unfortunately.

Log into High Speed Unplugged and look at billing.

I don't see anything related to bandwidth use though.

Re: Bell Unplugged bandwidth check?

Under youe selfcare , ther is no bandwidth meter like with sympatico dsl. The first day I signed up, I called and asked and was told it not in the unplugged selfcare as of yet. 60gig is alot, I am over 20gig now just from memory. I am hoping it will be added over the next couple of months.

If they can't provide a monitor tool, I wouldn't expect them to enforce it.

thats funny i just signed up and i recall looking on their website about unlimited bandwidth usage! those bastards if they're lying!!

Being sick of rogers after years of dealing with them- after i went overseas for a month and was told my cell would work and it ended up not working there and i spent so much time calling long distance to rogers from overseas asking why it wasnt working finally after speaking to several people and calling in many times someone tells me that this model wouldnt work even tho i was assured it would work. i ended up having to buy another cell there it was quite frustrating. Then there's the recent letter i got saying theres gonna be a $7 a month charge added to the internet bill I got fed up and called rogers to cancel the internet and tv but they tell me i have to stay with them for another month because i didnt give a months notice which sucks because i have to pay this extra 7 dollars plus taxes when i never agreed to this price. I ordered sympatico and expressvu and cancelled my rogers internet and tv. . asked for bill to be sent separately as the residential line that the internet is coming in on isnt mine. they ask for my own number and i give it and i give my billing information and assure me its no problem to use this res line and have the bill sent to me. few days later the satellite installation people are running late, they call to say they'll be in 15 mins they come 45 mins later which is about an hour after they're supposed to arrive. i dont usually wait upstairs since i rent out the basement. i was told they would be there from 9am to 2pm and they arrived at 3. unmarked van pulls up and 2 guys come in to install the dish and service. they know nothing of the service as they are contracted out so were unable to answer any of my questions. next day it rains and the signal drops out for 30 mins. internet dsl light goes out intermitantly few times an hour. called in to complain about the internet, sat on hold for a good 20 mins they tell me unplug everything except the modem and wait for them to test connection for 30 mins. they ask if this is my number and i said no it is not i have told you its not my number but i guess they dont remember so i give my number but they end up calling the res line again when the tests are finished. finally they say they'll give me a call in a few days arranging a time to come out and check the line. next day they call the res line again but i dont get the message because the people are already sick of being bothered. call in to check if request to have bill sent to me instead of the people who own the phone line went through am told it is on their 'one bill.' transferred to department am told they cant transfer it without speaking to the owner of the line. i call in again and go find owner and magically they dont need to speak to him. i found the tech people to be mostly rude and the billing people were sometimes rude as well. am told wait 2 months for bill to come and then call in. call in again to ask if expressvu bill is coming to him as well even though i had asked to be billed to me when i ordered. they cannot tell me since they are the one billing department and dont know my account number. as bad as rogers service was it was better than this.
