Saint Paul, MN		 It's available in all the original Twin Cities Comcast subs - you may have to power cycle your modem for the firmware to update.

Been active in all comcast areas for a while now.

No power cycle of the modem necessary.

Not available in Minneapolis or TimeWarner cable areas.
