dish networks and direct tv

i heard a rumor that direct tv is buying dish networks
is this true if so i wont go with direct tv at this time

No, not true. This is just a rumor based on something Charlie said at a trade convention last month that was not his usual, "Were Not for Sale", response. It casued a lot of speculation.

In one form, it's a broadband portable communicator. It also is a wireless system that is used in place of a landline to connect a DTV set-top-box back to DirecTV HQ, And much more.

Google...(Boeing, MSV), and see how it connects back to Murdoch.
