They should lower movie theater prices like 50%, so theirs ,lol. It should be $3-4 bucks a movie, $2 dollars a drink, not $9 a movie, $4 a drink. |

1]get a job at a movie theater. Then the movies are free.
2]Become buddies with the managment. I knew a guy that knew a guy that knew a guy that was buds with a theater manager. He'd call and ask if it was kool if he and a few buds went to see a movie. The manger would give them free tickets as long as they paid for food from the concession stand. The theater makes its money from food sales. They take in very little from movie ticket sales.

Cyberspace | The theaters have to make it somewhere. They make peanuts off of the ticket sales -- so little, in fact, that it's pretty much negligible. That's the reason concession prices are ridiculous. |

It's 12$ in my area for a movie and most of it goes to the distributors and studios. I often find the seats in the theatre and the snack food more memorable then the movies I've been seeing lately.  |
