Yeah, I have MstarMetro as well.. and recently, about a month ago, my torrents have gone down the flusher. In addition, torrent encryption has been a very inadequate solution in my experience.

I am looking to switch to either xmission or at&t.. but I am unsure whether they throttle as well. Any ideas?

1 edit		 I have Xmission DSL and they do not throttle any of their customers including UTOPIA customers. Your monthly payment includes 100gig of transfer. If you want more you can purchase more. Xmission is top notch, you won't find a better ISP in Utah.
