Every market, eh? I highly doubt that as they don't have spectrum in every market.

Craig McCaw started clearwire in 2004. Also, Clearwire has its own Voice service in selected markets and will be in every market at some point soon.

Yep. Back in 2002 over antitrust concerns. Back when there were people who thought there should be a limit to how consolidated and massive corporations should be in a sector.
But even today the purchase would not even be approved. Possibility of competition for the incumbents who have the politicians in their back pockets.

Mark me if im wrong on this but Craig Mccall was the ones that started up Clearwire i dont see his name anywhere in the report.

Triple play now how are you going to do phone only way i see it is Voip unless i have been under a rock for sometime. (who are you going to buy Murdoch for the phone service Vonage..lol )
